Budget or Capital Expenditure approval will often require a large amount of information as part of the business case. We help in a number of ways.

A combination of the three elements above allows you to set expectation at executive level with confidence that the business case will be achieved within the defined time period.

Unlike many vendors we take more time during the sales process to understand the objective, assess potential improvements and document cost savings.

"When the project went live I had six months to provide the level of requirement payback on the initial investment. Like most projects we had some moments, but the level of time taken to cover 99% of most items ensured that the project was more or less on time. Within 5 months we had achieved our target ROI"

Traditional. Capital expenditure is the traditional route taken when purchasing software. There is a one off cost upfront, this represents the total value of the software. Each year an annual maintenance and support charge is billed to you as an expense. In addition to software, services relating to the implementation are charged as expenses and billed on a time and materials basis.

Justifiable. Many organisations will undertake a capital expenditure or budget approval processes. The investment must be justifiable and a business case will be required. Because the investment is upfront a Return on Investment timescale will often be defined.
